Creating a Space for Healing and Growth
My mission is to create a secure, judgment-free space to help clients process emotions, challenge limiting beliefs, and create lasting change.

My trauma-informed approach, with an emphasis on teaching strategies to calm the nervous system and extensive experience practicing EMDR, helps to create a secure container to support this important work.
With over 15 years of counseling experience, I find integrating Cognitive Behavioral therapy, mindfulness, somatic, and EMDR techniques helps support clients in confronting fear, creating meaning, and cultivating power.
When I am not in my office, you most likely will find me outside hiking, writing, singing and playing the guitar, or practicing meditation and yoga.
Additionally, I have completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in both Hatha Flow (2014) and Kundalini yoga (2022).
I love integrating somatic techniques from these disciplines to help bring the nervous system into balance.
